It's important to start your lawn off the right way. Fertilizer Treatment will help your lawn wake up replenish nutrients lost over winter.
Most people hate to see weeds in their yard but even more people hate dandelion in their yard. Call todays and we will fix that problem for you. Although it's nearly impossible to kill every dandelion a good IPM plan can help reduce and nearly eliminate the problem.
Hydro-Seeding is best for new lawn installations on bare earth areas where the existing grade, soil depth and soil quality are satisfactory. For new construction sites or uneven terrain, we provide site preparation including sub-grading for proper drainage, installation of screened topsoil, and finished grading.

1. Spring March/April
It is important to start your lawn off on the right foot. . This treatment will help your lawn "wake up" and replenish nutrients lost over Winter. A pre-emergent crabgrass control is applied and broadleaf weed controls (weather permitting).
2. Early Summer May/June
A Specialized Slow release fertilizer with *Patented Armament is applied to maintain Healthy growth and good color. A second application of pre-emergent crabgrass control is applied along with managing broadleaf weed controls.
3. Summer July/August
An application of slow release fertilizer is applied at this time to maintain a healthy turf while eliminating any burn potential. We will apply an extended feed slow release fertilizer. Persistent broadleaf weeds are treated and surface insect control is applied for full program customers at no additional charge.
4. Fall September/October
Fall is the best growing time of the year for turf grass. We will apply a balanced fertilizer with *Patented Armament package for improved health and color. Weeds will be controlled as needed. This is a great time to schedule a much needed aeration, lime and over seeding. This can be added to a routine plan
5. Late Fall/Winterize November/ Early December
Fertilizing in the Late Fall with a balanced fertilizer with *Patented Armament for improved health and color. This feeds and builds the rooting system of the turf for winter stress and quick spring green up.
Fall aeration and dethatching is an added feature we recommend aeration being done once a year and dethatching as needed usually 3-5 years
